Responsibility / Expectations

1 Administer and support SCCM for software deployment, patch management,



and endpoint compliance.

2 Monitor infrastructure using SCOM and respond to alerts, events, and performance issues.

3 Manage devices, applications, and compliance policies through Microsoft Intune.

4 Deploy Windows updates, security patches, and application packages across endpoints.

5 Assist in OS deployment, imaging, device provisioning, and hardware lifecycle support.

6 Perform endpoint health checks, inventory management, and compliance reporting.

7 Troubleshoot SCCM, SCOM, Intune, and Windows endpoint-related issues.

8 Support Microsoft Defender policies and endpoint security remediation activities.

9 Develop basic PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and operational tasks.
