Experience: 4–10 Years
Qualification: Graduate/MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
- Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales orders.
- Identify new markets, products and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase and Accounts for timely order execution.
- Monitor sales, revenue, customer enquiries and order conversion.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and market analysis.
- Lead and monitor the sales and marketing team.
- Handle customer meetings, enquiries, negotiations and follow-ups.

Required Skills




- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of B2B sales and industrial/fabrication products.
- Solid customer relationship and business development skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience in manufacturing/fabrication/engineering industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,435.05 - ₹60,279.29 per month
