Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support Banao Digital's marketing and business growth activities.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, managing promotional activities, supporting social media marketing, conducting market research, and helping increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Banao Digital and its clients.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify target audiences and potential customer segments.
- Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support social media marketing activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Coordinate with the content and creative team for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing briefs, promotional content, offers, and campaign ideas.




- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Support email, WhatsApp, and other promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, networking opportunities, and local business campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and track market trends.
- Maintain marketing databases and campaign records.
- Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and performance updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and marketing support.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Suggest recent ideas to improve Banao Digital's marketing and customer acquisition.
