Job Title: Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Chemist – Brewery Division
- Chemical Analysis & Testing: Conduct daily lab tests on raw and treated effluent for key parameters, including COD, BOD, pH, TDS, TSS, Oil & Grease, and DO.
- Process Control & Dosing: Calculate and optimize dosing for coagulants, flocculants, decolorants, hypo, and other treatment chemicals based on lab test results.
- Plant Operation & Monitoring: Supervise primary, secondary (biological), and tertiary treatment units to ensure smooth, efficient ETP performance.
- Logbook & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, test reports, chemical consumption records, and environmental compliance documents.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve process deviations, high organic loads,



and aeration tank biomass issues promptly to prevent downtime and non-compliance.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety standards, handle hazardous chemicals properly, and maintain high lab/plant housekeeping standards.
- Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
