Role Summary

Arni Medica is looking for an energetic, target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to respond promptly to enquiries generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website forms, telephone calls, referrals, distributors, hospitals, and tender sources.

The role is responsible for converting enquiries into qualified leads, quotations, customer meetings, orders, and repeat business. The person will maintain disciplined lead and chance tracking in Zoho CRM and support domestic and initial export sales coordination for HDBT sets, IV infusion sets, IV cannulas, catheters, and other sterile disposable medical products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management and Sales Conversion
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website forms, telephone calls, referrals, distributors, hospital customers, and marketing campaigns.
- Call prospective distributors, hospitals, dialysis centres, nursing homes, clinics, medical suppliers, government institutions, and institutional buyers to understand requirements.




- Qualify each enquiry based on product requirement, buyer type, location, estimated quantity, purchasing timeline, decision-maker, budget/price expectation, and next action.
- Create, update, and maintain all leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, opportunities, and closure reasons in Zoho CRM.
- Ensure no qualified lead remains without a scheduled next follow-up or documented status.
- Schedule product discussions, virtual meetings, sample requests, distributor meetings, and meetings for the BDM or management team where needed.
- Prepare and send quotations using approved pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up systematically until the opportunity is converted, placed on hold, or closed with a documented reason.
- Support payment follow-up and relationship management after order placement.

Product and Customer Coordination
- Handle enquiries for Hemodialysis Blood Tubing Sets (HDBT), IV Infu
