Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
franchisee onboarding, coordination, and ongoing support
.
- Assist franchise partners with
Swiggy and Zomato integration, setup, and management
.
- Create and maintain
Google Business Listings
for franchise outlets.
- Prepare and maintain
MIS reports, operational data, and performance reports
.
- Provide
daily operational support
to franchise partners and resolve routine issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as
Operations, Marketing, Accounts, and Technology
to ensure smooth franchise operations.
- Track franchisee requirements, pending tasks, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to franchise operations.




- Monitor outlet-related updates and ensure franchisees follow company processes and guidelines.
- Regularly communicate with franchise partners and ensure a smooth working relationship.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in
Franchise Support, Operations, F&B; Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role
.
- Valuable knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
.
- Familiarity with
Swiggy, Zomato, and Google Business Profile
is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple franchisees and tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the
F&B; or franchise industry
will be an added advantage.
