Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews and provide recommendations on final selection decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruitment or technical recruitment within the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of IT technologies and trends to effectively source qualified candidates.
