Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager / Team Leader to lead and manage our Customer Support team in the E-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise the Customer Support team

* Monitor daily team performance and productivity

* Set team targets and ensure achievement

* Track customer service performance and KPIs

* Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively

* Guide, train and motivate team members

* Conduct regular performance reviews

* Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

* Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution

* Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions

Eligibility

* 4–5+ years of relevant experience

* Mandatory experience in the E-commerce industry

* Previous experience specifically as a Customer Support Manager / Team Leader

* Experience managing and leading a Customer Support team

* Candidates with only Sales experience are not preferred

* Immediate joiners preferred
