Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and build robust client relationships for Gemius.

The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, advertising, marketing, creative services, or agency environments and be confident in connecting with founders, entrepreneurs, and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.




- Research potential clients and market opportunities.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant Gemius solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Present Gemius's branding, marketing, creative, and digital capabilities.
- Manage negotiations and support the closure of new business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and digital teams to develop client solutions.
- Manage follow-ups and track leads through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and business development reports.
- Work towards business development and revenue targets.
- Represent Gemius at relevant meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
