We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting the SuccessFactors Compensation module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with compensation planning, compensation cycles, templates, worksheets, business rules, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions based on business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end annual compensation cycles and compensation planning processes.
- Configure compensation templates, worksheets, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
- Work on business rules, route maps, workflows, and permissions.
- Configure and support compensation statements and employee-facing compensation processes.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into SuccessFactors Compensation configurations.
- Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support enhancements and continuous improvements to existing Compensation solutions.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, HRIT, and other functional teams.
- Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
- Support integration with Employee Central and other relevant SuccessFactors modules.
Required Skills
- 5–12 years of overall SAP/HR technology experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Good understanding of compensation planning and annual compensation processes.
