Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Merchandiser to manage customer orders from development through final shipment. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of merchandising, production follow-up, customer communication, and order management, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and buyers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders from development to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
- Follow up on samples, fabrics, trims, and approvals.
- Monitor production and delivery timelines.
- Handle costing, order tracking, and shipment planning.
- Resolve production and quality issues.
- Ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.




- Provide regular order updates to management.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in apparel/textile merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of garment production and product development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Buyer handling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
