Role Description
The Site Civil Engineer role at Naukripay group is a full time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Site Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising civil works at project sites,



ensuring that designs and plans are implemented safely, accurately, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include site planning, overseeing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and project managers, monitoring materials and resources, and verifying quality and timelines. The role also involves preparing and reviewing drawings and documentation, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution. The Site Civil Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
