Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will greet clients, understand their style preferences, body types, and occasions, and recommend outfits, accessories, and complete looks that align with their needs and budget. The role involves maintaining deep knowledge of current fashion trends and product lines, assisting with fittings, coordinating looks on the sales floor, and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively. The Fashion Consultant will provide high-quality customer service, communicate styling options clearly, handle inquiries, and support sales by guiding clients through purchase decisions. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with colleagues, meeting sales and service goals, and contributing to a clean, organized, and inclusive store environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting skills and solid Product Knowledge to advise clients on styles, fits,



and trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and deliver a positive in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to convert styling recommendations into purchases while maintaining a client-first approach.
- Candidates should have a valuable sense of current fashion trends, color coordination, and styling techniques, with attention to detail and visual presentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, standing for extended periods, and collaborating in a team-based retail environment.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, or consulting is preferred; a diploma or degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
