Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop machining processes, tools, and equipment to meet production requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies on current projects to determine viability of manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce costs.
- Analyze data from sensors, CNC machines, and other sources to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop solutions to resolve issues related to machine performance, tooling design, or process optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Machining Engineer).
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM), controlling systems (e.g., Siemens S7), costing principles, engine design principles, machining techniques (turning & milling), manufacturing engineering concepts.
