Job Summary

IRDM – Impact Reach Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive on a freelance, commission-based basis.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business leads, introducing IRDM's digital marketing services, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into clients.

This role is suitable for professionals who already have experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or digital marketing services and are comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Pitch digital marketing services to business owners and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable marketing solutions




- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospects
- Follow up with potential clients regularly
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the IRDM team for proposals and client discussions
- Work towards monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Explore recent industries and markets for client acquisition

Requirements
