Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure smooth functioning of facility operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Handle basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
- Carry out plumbing work including repair of leakages, taps, pipelines, and sanitary fittings.
- Assist in carpentry, painting, and minor civil maintenance work.
- Ensure proper functioning of facility equipment and utilities.
- Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance issues promptly.

Required Skills




- Knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic plumbing skills, including repair of leakages, pipelines, taps, and sanitary fittings.
- Understanding of carpentry, painting, and civil maintenance work.
- Ability to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and facility maintenance practices.

Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade.
- 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
