We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters.

Qualification

12th pass and Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through calls, job portals, and social media.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to learn are preferred.
