Roles and Responsibilities:

✅ Building and customizing Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows

✅ Designing scalable, secure Salesforce architecture

✅ Leading client discussions and translating requirements into technical solutions

✅ Mentoring a team of developers and junior consultants

✅ Exploring AI-powered Salesforce capabilities — Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder

What we're looking for:

? 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

? Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory)

? Solid grip on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows & Integrations

? Prior experience in client-facing roles and team mentorship

? An AI-first mindset and genuine curiosity for what's next on the platform

Additional Skillset:

➕ PD II Certification

➕ Experience Cloud / Public Sector Solutions exposure

➕ DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions
