Working Days : Monday to Saturday's , 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing digital campaigns for B2C brands. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, driving customer acquisition, optimizing performance, and managing agency partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

· Own campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to improve acquisition metrics, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.

· Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, attribution, GA4,



Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion measurement.

· Manage and collaborate with external agencies, ensuring timely campaign execution, optimization, and achievement of performance KPIs.

· Work closely with creative, content, CRM, product, and business teams to improve campaign performance and customer journeys.

· Drive continuous testing and optimization of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

· Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

· 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

· Proven experience managing digital campaigns for B2C brands.

· Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

· Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.

· Robust understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, audience segmentati
