Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded
Sales Manager
to lead
brand partnerships, collaborations, and revenue growth
at TruCost.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the
advertising, media, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or marketing ecosystem
, with a proven ability to build relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.

You will work closely with the
Founding Team
to build TruCost’s brand partnership ecosystem, identify high-value opportunities, develop strategic collaborations, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilties
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire brands and strategic partners for TruCost.
- Identify and build relationships with brands, agencies, media planners, marketing teams, and key decision-makers.




- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, industry networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
- Own the complete partnership and sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and account management.
- Develop compelling brand collaboration and advertising proposals tailored to individual client objectives.
- Understand brand marketing objectives and translate them into relevant advertising and partnership opportunities.
- Pitch TruCost’s advertising solutions to brands and agencies, clearly communicating value, reach, audience, and business impact.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate commercials, partnership terms, campaign scopes, and long-term agreements.
- Develop long-term relationships with brands and agencies to drive repeat business and larger partnerships.
