We are a young, fast-moving company where strong execution and good systems matter. We are looking for an Accountant who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting and help keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting activities.

The role involves maintaining books, reconciling transactions, coordinating with vendors and our external CA, and ensuring that accounting records are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, entries, and ledgers
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and transaction reconciliation
- Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile outstanding balances
- Assist with GST and TDS reconciliation and provide required data for filings




- Support inventory accounting in coordination with the warehouse and operations teams
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting financial documents
- Prepare regular accounting reports and trackers
- Coordinate with external CA and audit teams for required information
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure they are resolved properly

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Solid working knowledge of Excel
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable taking ownership of assigned work and following tasks through to completion

Valuable to Have
- Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software
- Experience working with a D2C, retail, or e-commerce business
- Exposure to inventory acco
