About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Engineer
with 2–5 years of experience in assembling and configuring
servers, workstations, and IT hardware systems
. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality assembly, testing, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and configure
servers, workstations, and customized IT systems
- Install hardware components such as
motherboard, CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, GPU, and peripherals
- Perform
system testing, diagnostics, and quality checks
before dispatch
- Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware and compatibility issues
- Configure
BIOS settings and install operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Ensure proper
cable management and airflow optimization
- Follow standard
assembly SOPs and ESD safety guidelines
- Maintain records of
assembly, testing, and inventory usage
- Coordinate with
inventory,



procurement, and technical teams
- Support
bulk production and customized builds
as per client requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in
IT hardware assembly (2–5 years mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of
server/workstation architecture
- Experience with
hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics tools
- Knowledge of
BIOS, firmware updates, and OS installation
- Ability to handle multiple assemblies under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in
IT, Electronics, or Computer Science
- Experience in
system integration or IT hardware manufacturing companies
- Basic understanding of
networking and storage systems
