About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.

The primary focus of this role will be Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), followed by Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. This is a lead role, so we are looking for someone who can not only execute campaigns independently but also develop strategies, manage budgets, analyze performance, communicate with clients, and guide the team on performance marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy & Ownership

• Take ownership of performance marketing across assigned client accounts.

• Develop paid media strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and expected outcomes.

• Recommend the right combination of platforms, campaign objectives, budgets, and funnels.





• Define campaign KPIs and continuously evaluate performance against them.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversions, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.

• Guide internal teams on performance-driven creatives, landing pages, messaging, and campaign requirements.

• Review campaign performance and ensure accounts are being actively optimized.

Meta Ads – Primary Focus

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.

• Manage campaigns across lead generation, conversions, traffic, remarketing, and brand awareness objectives.

• Build campaign structures, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels.

• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.

• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and frequency.

• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.
