Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store school supplies, stationery, uniforms, equipment, and other materials.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to teachers, staff, and departments as per requisitions.
- Assist in periodic stock-taking, audits, and reporting of store inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Incharge/Admin Officer about reordering requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
- Assist with disposal of damaged or obsolete items following school guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and support the procurement process under supervision.
- Support in maintaining accurate documentation and filing of store-related records.





Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in store management, preferably in an educational institution, will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
