Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) with 3–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Pitching, Client Acquisition and Field Sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and developing strong relationships with corporate/B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, referrals and field activities.
- Identify and approach prospective corporate/B2B clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and field visits.
- Pitch company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.




- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Coordinate internally for proposals, quotations and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support negotiations and drive opportunities towards successful closure.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Maintain regular reports of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Lead Generation
- Strong Sales Pitching skills
- Field Sales experience is mandatory
- Experience in client acquisition and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with regular client meetings and local travel
- Target-driven and capable of independently following up with prospect
