Role & responsibilities

To drive overall Insurance Value Penetration (LS / HI & In-house and Renewal)

To visit branch regularly for business performance review with BM and other senior team members.

To arrange training session for sales team

To get engaged with Insurance companies for getting extended support on product and R&R;

To get engaged with internal stakeholders to drive business and other related parameters

To monitor business performance and regular reviews with AM/RM/ State Heads and Zonals

To drive DSA dealer business
