Your Role

HR Global Shared Services Specialists play a crucial role in optimizing HR service delivery, improving efficiency, and enhancing the employee experience through centralized and streamlined processes. They establish and manage a centralized service delivery model for HR functions, ensuring consistency and standardization across the organization.They identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery efficiency. They may implement HR technologies, automation, and self-service tools to enhance the employee experience and reduce administrative burdens.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Serve as the primary point of contact for level 2 escalations from client.





Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and ensure timely and effective resolution

Provide guidance and support to Team Members and Delivery Manager

Collaborate with Client and SMEs to identify opportunities for improving services and processes based on feedback and insights gathered from stakeholders.

Monitor employee satisfaction with services rendered and identify trends and areas for improvement.

Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

YOUR PROFILE

Proven expertise in HR Services, with a focus on employee engagement, HR service delivery, or HR operations.

Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organ
