Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail pharmacy store.
- Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions while following pharmacy guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock accuracy, and expiry control.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and other healthcare products.
- Support promotional activities, product visibility, and store merchandising.
- Monitor store hygiene and ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Coordinate with store team members and support smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Job Requirements :
- Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm .
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy operations preferred.
- Pharmacy License: Valid Delhi State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities.
