Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with Machine learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including training and evaluating ML models.
- Experience with the development and evaluation of new signals/scores for large-scale systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and research

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of Google Photos, with the ability to make a positive impact on millions of users worldwide.
- Excellent communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Proven ability to define and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
