Job Description

We are hiring experienced and result-oriented Sales Managers with strong expertise in B2B Corporate Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition and Sales Pitching.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Commercial Interiors / Interior Fit-Out Sales or relevant B2B industries such as Hotel Sales, Exhibition Sales or Project Sales, with proven experience pitching products, services or projects to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals and market research.
- Identify and connect with corporate decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Pitch Commercial Interior / Fit-Out projects and solutions to corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings,



presentations and field visits.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for proposals and quotations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities towards closure.
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B / Corporate Sales / Business Development.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Sales Pitching and Deal Closure.
- Solid field-sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience interacting with corporate decision-makers and senior stake
