Sales & Business Development Intern — B2B

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Business Development Intern to support our B2B sales operations. The role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and converting business enquiries into potential B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct B2B cold calls to potential buyers, businesses, and decision-makers.

* Generate and qualify new B2B leads and sales enquiries.

* Research target companies, buyers, importers, distributors, and businesses.

* Introduce our products/services and identify customer requirements.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.

* Maintain and update CRM, lead databases, call records, and sales reports.

* Schedule meetings and product discussions with qualified prospects.

* Coordinate with the sourcing and operations teams to respond to buyer requirements.

* Track leads throughout the sales pipeline and work towards enquiry-to-order conversion.





* Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.

Performance Expectations

* Minimum 10 qualified B2B enquiries per week.

* Consistent prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

* Weekly performance evaluation based on lead generation, enquiry quality, follow-ups, and conversions.

Who Can Apply?

* Students or recent graduates from any discipline.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with business owners/decision-makers.

* Positive English communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

* Interest in B2B sales, business development, international trade, and entrepreneurship.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
