Job Description Logistics Coordinator-Ecommerce

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics and fulfillment operations for our D2C consumer electronics business.

The role will involve coordinating shipments from warehouse to customers, managing logistics partners, tracking orders and deliveries, handling RTO and returns, and ensuring smooth operations across D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, and other eCommerce channels.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with operational data, and capable of quickly resolving logistics issues in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order & Shipment Management
- Coordinate daily order processing, shipment creation, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor orders from warehouse dispatch through final delivery.
- Coordinate with courier and 3PL partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipment status and proactively follow up on delayed,



stuck, or undelivered orders.
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation, labels, invoices, and manifests.

2. D2C & eCommerce Logistics
- Manage logistics operations for the brand's D2C website and marketplace orders.
- Coordinate shipments across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other eCommerce channels.
- Work with shipping aggregators and courier partners to ensure smooth order movement.
- Monitor platform-specific dispatch and delivery SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are dispatched within defined TAT.

3. Last-Mile Delivery & Exception Management
- Monitor daily delivery performance and identify delayed shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners for address issues, delivery attempts, customer unavailability, and other exceptions.
- Escalate critical shipment issues and ensure timely resolution.
