- WorkFusion Control Tower administration
- RPA platform troubleshooting and production support
- UiPath installation, upgrades, and configuration
- Windows Server, Active Directory and SSO
- CyberArk / Azure Key Vault
- Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.
