BUSINESS GROWTH & REVENUE LEAD

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work mode: Full-time, on-site

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Growth & Revenue Lead who can operate with a business-head mindset and take ownership of strategy, execution, and measurable revenue growth.

This is not a role focused only on paid advertising. The person will be responsible for understanding the business, identifying growth opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, improving customer acquisition and conversion, and translating marketing efforts into revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own business growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, offerings,



partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Build integrated digital strategies across paid marketing, organic growth, content, social media, CRM, and other relevant channels.
- Improve the complete customer journey, from awareness and lead generation to conversion, retention, and repeat revenue.
- Monitor acquisition costs, conversion rates, ROI, revenue, and other business metrics.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, content, operations, and leadership teams.
- Translate data and market insights into practical business decisions.
- Plan budgets and allocate resources based on business impact.
- Develop systems, processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for predictable growth.
- Lead initiatives from strategy through execution rather than only recommending ideas.
- Build and manage team members, agencies, and external partners where required.
