Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Sr. Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and maintain solutions within the Varicent platform.
- Develop complex business rules, calculations, formulas, and compensation logic.
- Design and support integrations between Varicent and upstream/downstream systems.
- Build and maintain data loading, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Troubleshoot calculation, data, integration, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Varicent solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, production support, and enhancements.

Required Skills




- Strong hands-on experience with Varicent configuration and development.
- Expertise in Varicent rules, calculations, and data processing.
- Experience with Varicent integrations and enterprise data sources.
- Strong SQL and data engineering skills.
- Experience with APIs, ETL/ELT, data transformation, and validation.
- Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) / Sales Performance Management (SPM) is preferred.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
