Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 2–3 years of experience in

supply chain operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory

management, dispatch coordination, and documentation, along with hands-on

experience in Tally and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from dispatch to delivery

 Manage inventory, stock levels, and warehouse coordination

 Prepare and maintain invoices, delivery challans, and other logistics documents

in Tally

 Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries

 Handle vendor coordination and transport management

 Maintain accurate records of outward goods

 Generate reports using Excel (MIS, stock reports, dispatch reports)

 Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays





 Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

 Proficiency in Tally ERP (billing, inventory, GST)

 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic

formulas)

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities

 Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management systems

 Basic understanding of GST and e-way bill processes

 Knowledge of transportation and vendor handling
