Position Overview
Cerberus is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate to join the Loan Servicing team in Mumbai. This role will primarily support Administrative Agency functions within the broader Loan Operations group. The position will involve managing day-to-day loan servicing activities, supporting loan lifecycle events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with reconciliations and operational reporting.





The role will focus on servicing loans agented by Cerberus Business Finance Agency, LLC and originated by the middle market lending group. The selected candidate will also receive training across other areas of Loan Operations and may take on additional responsibilities as business requirements evolve.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Support Administrative Agency functions, including processing contract rollovers, distributing notices, booking fees, setting up current assets, and performing daily cash reconciliations.
- Service broadly syndicated loans, including transactions involving multiple lenders.
- Process loan lifecycle activities, including booking new transactions, principal payments, interest rollovers, audit confirmations, and other related servicing activities.
- Read, interpret, and understand credit agreements and ancillary legal documentation to support accurate loan servicing.
