Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations smoothly
- Lead and motivate counseling, sales, and academic support teams
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Develop local marketing strategies to generate leads
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate clients
- Ensure high student satisfaction and retention
- Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for management
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews
- Handle escalations and resolve student/parent concerns
- Maintain branch discipline, compliance, and company standards
