About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, briefs, and marketing objectives into compelling visual experiences.

If you understand how great design can stop the scroll, build a brand, communicate a story, and drive conversions, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Content, and Brand teams to create high-quality digital creatives across social media, paid advertising, websites, campaigns, and other customer touchpoints.

What You’ll Do
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on marketing briefs and campaign objectives
- Create engaging social media creatives, Meta ads, website banners, product creatives, campaign assets, and marketing collateral
- Design performance-focused creatives with an understanding of clicks, engagement, conversions, and customer behaviour




- Translate brand and campaign ideas into visually strong and commercially effective designs
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets while following established brand guidelines
- Work on multiple creative requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver the right visual solutions
- Adapt creative concepts into different formats, sizes, and platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends, design trends, digital-first content, and Gen Z visual language
- Explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, execution, and creative output
- Continuously experiment with recent design approaches, formats, and visual storytelling techniques
