About the Role

Mahendra Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized **Store Keeper** to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material receipts, and issuance. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, inspect, and maintain incoming materials as per purchase documents.

* Maintain accurate records of stock, material receipts, and material issues.

* Issue raw materials, components, tools, and other items to concerned departments as per authorized requirements.

* Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

* Maintain proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.

* Prepare and maintain GRN, stock registers,



material issue slips, and other store-related documents.

* Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and secure storage of materials in the store.

* Follow company procedures for inventory control, documentation, and material handling.

* Assist in periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper / Store Executive / Inventory Assistant.

* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred.

* Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

* Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.

* Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

* Ability to identify and track materials accurately.

* Good communication and coordination skills.
