Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Caller with 2years of experience in logistics and customer support. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding failed deliveries, understanding the reason for non-delivery, coordinating with delivery partners, and ensuring successful re-attempts.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers for NDR/failed delivery cases and understand the reason for non-delivery.
- Coordinate with customers and delivery executives for re-attempts and successful deliveries.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery status, delays, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with logistics, courier partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and NDR cases.
- Follow up on pending shipments and ensure timely closure of cases.
- Escalate complex customer or delivery issues to the concerned team.




- Monitor NDR reports and work toward reducing RTO (Return to Origin).
- Update shipment/customer information in CRM, ERP, or logistics systems.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, delivery-success, and productivity targets.

Required Skills
- 2 years of experience in NDR calling, logistics, last-mile delivery, or customer support.
- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of logistics processes, NDR, RTO, re-attempts, and shipment tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/logistics portals.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under targets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with logistics and customer support teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
