Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Techno-Commercial Offer Preparation & Estimation
- Specification Analysis: Review customer tenders, Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) to extract technical requirements.
- Product Selection & Costing: Select optimal switchgear ratings (RMU/VCB/CSS/FRTU) and coordinate with internal design, production, and procurement teams to prepare accurate cost estimations and commercial proposals.
- Compliance & Deviation Statements:



Draft point-by-point technical compliance sheets against customer/utility specs and highlight any technical or commercial deviations explicitly.

2. Tender Management & E-Tendering
- Documentation: Compile end-to-end tender packages including technical datasheets, type-test certificates, product catalogues, financial credentials, and commercial terms.
- Portal Submissions: Manage online e-tendering portals (DISCOMs, government, private EPCs) to upload technical bids, price bids, and monitor addendums/corrigendums.

3. Customer & Pre/Post-Sales Coordination
- Technical Clarifications: Act as the technical touchpoint to address client inquiries, negotiate specs, and coordinate General Arrangement (GA) drawing approvals.
- Follow-Ups: Engage with clients post-quotation to gather feedback, track bid status, and assist the BD/Sales leadership during commercial negotiations.

4. Order Processing & Execution Support
