About the Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious, confident and adaptable individuals to join us as Management Trainee, who will get hands-on exposure across Sales, Marketing, Events and Business Operations.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the team on live business activities, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and understand how different functions contribute to business growth.

This is structured as an internship opportunity with the potential for full-time employment based on the candidate’s performance, capabilities and organizational requirements.

What You Will Work On
- Support sales and business development activities, including follow-ups and client coordination etc. .
- Assist in marketing, promotional, brand-building and basic IT support initiatives as required.
- Support planning and execution of events,



product launches and corporate activities.
- Interact with clients, guests, partners and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day business activities and assigned projects.
- Work across functions and take ownership of tasks from execution to closure.
- Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve business visibility, customer engagement and overall operations.

Who We’re Looking For
- Any Graduate (BBA/BCA/B.Tech or related disciplines) / MBA
- Candidates from Event Management, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tech or related backgrounds.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and professional while interacting with people.
- Should have basic Excel knowledge and skills along with other MS tools.
- Proactive, energetic and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and adaptin
