Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Job Description
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for clients across multiple industries.
- Understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and professional networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Coordinate interview feedback and follow-up activities.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/Recruitment Management Systems.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment practices, and hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Meet defined recruitment targets and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Ensure quality candidate submissions according to client requirements.
