We are seeking an experienced
Amazon Connect IVR Developer
to design, develop, configure, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using
Amazon Connect
and AWS services. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable IVR applications, call routing strategies, voice self-service solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement IVR
and call flow solutions using
Amazon Connect
.
- Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, prompts, and agent experiences.
- Develop integrations with AWS services such
as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway
.
- Build conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Lex and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities.




- Implement customer authentication, self-service, call routing, and workflow automation.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot IVR issues, optimize call flows, and improve customer experience.
- Develop reusable components, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support production releases, incident resolution, and platform enhancements.
