Role Overview

The Service Lead – ELV Systems & Networking will be responsible for leading the service and support operations for Electronic Security and Networking Systems. The role involves managing a team of service engineers, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints, maintaining service quality standards, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations Management
- Lead and manage day-to-day service operations for ELV and networking projects.
- Ensure prompt closure of service requests and customer complaints within defined SLA timelines.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities across customer sites.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership




- Supervise and guide service engineers and field technicians.
- Allocate resources and assign service calls effectively.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide advanced technical support for:
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- PIDS Systems
- Networking Devices and Infrastructure
- Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for escalations and technical resolutions.

Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers regarding service-related matters.
- Conduct customer visits and review meetings to ensure service excellence.
