Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our NBFC team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, branch branding, customer communication, internal communication, campaigns, and business presentations while ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Create marketing creatives for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other financial products.
- Design banners, posters, standees, brochures, flyers, leaflets, certificates, and branch branding materials.
- Create creatives for WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, SMS campaigns, and customer communication.
- Develop infographics, presentations, business decks, and management reports.
- Design internal communication materials for HR, Sales, Training, Events, and Corporate Communications.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR,



and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colours, layouts, and visual identity across all communication.
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for social media, websites, digital platforms, print, and branch displays.
- Support the marketing team during product launches, campaigns, festive promotions, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
- Manage multiple design requirements simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Coordinate with external printers, agencies, photographers, and other vendors whenever required.
- Keep up to date with current design trends, digital marketing trends, and social media formats.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
