Position: Steward
Experience: Minimum 6 years in 5-star hotels/resorts
Responsibilities:
- Handle kitchen stewarding operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, utensils and work areas.
- Ensure proper washing, cleaning and sanitization of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
- Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage waste segregation and disposal.
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; teams.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Supervise and guide junior stewarding staff.
- Maintain daily cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and cleaning materials.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
