Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage on-site execution for our residential construction projects in Rajula, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure structural and architectural work complies with drawings, manage contractors and labor, and uphold safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Direct and supervise all daily civil construction activities (RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and MEP coordination) to ensure timely progress per project schedules.
- Drawing & Design Coordination: Interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings using AutoCAD; identify drawing discrepancies early and coordinate with consulting architects/engineers for revisions.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct regular inspections of incoming raw materials (cement,



steel, aggregates) and in office works to ensure strict adherence to IS codes and quality specifications.
- Contractor & Labor Management: Supervise sub-contractors, site supervisors, and labor forces to ensure productivity targets, work safety standards, and proper resource utilization.
- Measurement & Billing: Verify contractor measurements, prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMR), check contractor bills, and assist in daily/weekly material reconciliation.
- Site Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and site obstruction reports to the Project Manager.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 9 years of hands-on site execution experience exclusively or predominantly in residential building projects (high-rise, villas, or residential townships).
- Technical Software: Proficient in Auto
