Role Description
The Founding Sales Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for building and leading the company’s initial sales efforts, with direct impact on revenue growth and client acquisition. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, delivering presentations and demos, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves developing sales strategies and playbooks, collaborating with marketing and design teams to refine value propositions, and gathering feedback from prospects to inform service offerings. The Founding Sales Executive will also establish key sales processes and metrics, nurture long-term client relationships, and contribute to shaping the company’s go-to-market roadmap as one of the early commercial leaders.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business.
- Experience with consultative selling, solution-based sales,



and tailoring pitches for creative, design, or marketing services.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence in leading client meetings and demos.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic sales analytics to track performance and optimize sales processes.
- Background in or familiarity with creative agencies, innovation labs, UX, design, or digital marketing environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize effectively, and thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving company.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with founders, design, and marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a founding or early GTM role at a startup is a plus.
